Each work is packaged with the greatest care to ensure safe delivery.

 

Shipping Times and Costs

• Austria and European Union: Delivery within 3-5 working days. Free shipping.

• Other countries: Delivery time 5-10 working days. Shipping costs calculated according to destination.

For countries outside the EU, customs duties or VAT may apply. Please check with your local customs authorities.

 

Shipping Methods

• Works up to 100 x 81 cm: Shipping by registered postal service with insurance.

• Large formats (over 100 x 100 cm): Delivery by specialist art carrier.

Each shipment is insured for its full value. A tracking number will be communicated to you by email.

 

Packaging

The works are carefully packed in bubble wrap, wedged in reinforced cardboard, with additional protection for large formats.

Return Procedure

1. Contact Michaël Viger to inform him of your decision to return.

2. The artist will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the work, including the shipping address and packaging precautions to take.

3. Return the work in its original packaging, carefully following the instructions provided.

4. Return costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed with the artist.

5. Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the work in good condition.

6. Important : Do not return any work without first contacting Michaël Viger. This ensures a secure and efficient return process.
