MY LADY IN A TRAM is a vibrant homage to Saul Leiter and Edward Hopper, two masters of urban solitude and suspended intimacy. Michaël Viger captures the beauty of a fleeting moment here, between introspection and effacement, in a muted palette imbued with poetry. Painted on recycled formwork wood, this artwork invites silent contemplation, like a freeze-frame of a city that continues to live elsewhere.
