Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes. They reflect the artistic value of the work, the time spent creating it, and the materials used. To make art more accessible, several payment options are available:

- **Bank transfer**: For national and international transactions

**4. Delivery and Packaging**

Great care is taken in packaging and shipping the artworks. Shipping costs are free for mainland France and certain European countries, reflecting the artist's desire to make his art accessible beyond borders. For other destinations, a personalized quote will be provided.

Each artwork is insured for transport, ensuring complete peace of mind for the buyer. In the event of visible damage upon receipt, it is important to file a claim with the carrier and immediately inform the artist.

**5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns**

In accordance with European legislation, the buyer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the receipt of the artwork. This period allows the buyer to ensure that the work perfectly matches their expectations in their environment.

In the case of a return, the artwork must be sent back in its original packaging, in perfect condition. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of the artwork in good condition, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

Michaël Viger retains all intellectual property rights to his creations. The purchase of an artwork does not entail the transfer of these rights.
