These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between Michaël Viger, visual artist, and the purchasers of his works. They reflect his commitment to sharing his art under the best possible conditions, with trust and transparency.

2. Artworks
Each creation by Michaël Viger is a unique piece, painted on recycled formwork wood—a living medium that gives the artwork a distinctive texture and its own memory.
Each painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. They reflect the artistic value, creation time, and materials used.
Payment options:
💳 Bank card (secure payment via 3D Secure)
🏦 Bank transfer (France and international)

To facilitate the acquisition of major works, installment payments can be considered at no extra cost. Don’t hesitate to contact the artist to discuss this.

4. Shipping and Packaging
Artworks are carefully packaged and insured during transport.
📦 Free shipping for Austria and certain European countries. For other destinations, a tailored quote will be provided.
⚠️ In case of damage upon delivery, please report it to the carrier and inform the artist immediately.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the artwork.
Each return must be preceded by contact with the artist, who will provide specific packaging and shipping instructions.
📦 The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
🔁 Refund will be issued within 14 days upon receipt of the artwork in good condition.
🛑 For large or heavy works, returns require serious organization. It is therefore essential to ensure beforehand that the piece meets your expectations.

6. Intellectual Property and Respect for the Work
Purchasing a work does not entail any transfer of reproduction rights. Michaël Viger retains full intellectual property rights over his creations. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written permission.

7. Care and Conservation Advice
Each artwork comes with personalized care instructions to ensure its proper preservation: light, humidity, cleaning, etc.
The goal: to preserve its brilliance over time—and perhaps to pass it on someday.

8. Protection of Personal Data
The data collected is used exclusively for sales and client relations. No data is shared with third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data in accordance with the GDPR.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred. Michaël Viger is committed to handling all complaints seriously, kindly, and promptly.
